Job Description - PeeWee Divisional Manager

a)     Shall act as an executive liaison between coaches, mangers, and team parents, and be available for coach-parent meetings as necessary or requested. 

b)     Shall be responsible for ensuring that house teams are of equal strength at the start of the season.

c)     Shall report on discipline problems to the Executive and Discipline Committee.

d)     Shall hold regular meetings with Managers to ensure open communication within the division and to/from the division to the Executive.

e)     Shall represent the divisions and be an advocate for the division’s concerns/issues with the JdFMHA Executive.
