Last Date for Registration for Returning Players - April 8, 2010

JDFMH has made a third and final date available for returning player registration's for the 2010-11 Playing Season. The last date for registration will take place on April 8, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. in the Lookout Lounge at JDF Arena.  Registration forms are available to to print.   Please bring your completed package to registration to one of these registration nights.   Please read the Returning Player Information Sheet and the side-bar on the website titled Registration. 

JDFMH will be conducting an open registration some time in April, so to ensure your enrollment as a returning Member, you MUST be registered by April 8, 2010, otherwise the risk of being waitlisted is possible. Last year JDFMHAhad 93 Players on combined waitlists in all divisions.

Checklist for Registration:
1. Registration form completely filled out
2.  Medical form completely filled out
3.  Parent Contract signed and attached
4.  Player Contract signed and attached.
5.  All cheques attached (registration fee, jersey deposit dated April
     15, 2011)
6.  Fundraising fees
7.  If applicable:  Rep tryout fee (post-dated for Oct 15, 2010) 
8.  A photocopy of proof of residence (utility bill dated within the
     last three months)

This contribution has enabled many local youth participate in the sport of hockey by helping keep registration fees as low as possible, while our association continues to provide a quality program, with as much ice time as possible, to all our members. 

To date, we have not received confirmation that this financial sponsorship will be provided for the 2010/11 season. Until confirmation is received either way, the executive has decided to proceed with registration for the 2010/11 season without an increase in fees. Members should be aware, should financial sponsorship not be provided, an additional fee will be required come September.
