The Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey Association wishes to acknowledge the tremendous effort and dedication of our many coaches who generously give their time each season to teach and coach our hockey players.

The coach application for the 2010-11 hockey is now ready.  Please print off, fill out, and put in the Head Coach box at JDF Arena most preferably by April 30, 2010.   Please read the attached coaching application cover letter.

As well, there is a parent-coach evaluation form available for parents wishing to "evaluate" their coach for the 2009-10 season.   Coaches will not be given these forms.  These forms can be put in the secure Head Coach box at the JDF Arena.
