We are happy to announce our 3rd Annual JDFMHA Summer Officiating Camp.
Use this form to register for the JDF Summer Officiating camp. There are some fields that are mandatory and must be answered for the form to be submitted. Should you answer yes to some questions, you will be contacted by Candice Heinekey to follow up and get more information.
There are two requirements for registration:
- Your completed registration form, AND
- Receipt of your payment in full.
NOTE: Cancellation Policy - cancellation before August 24, 2022 is fully refundable. After this date, 50% refundable.
This camp is limited to 60 participants, so register early.
