***3:05pm is our time slot*** it goes quick so please arrive at the field house by 2:55pm. Please note this is a different location from other years. The field house is next to the Q CENTER parking lot by the soccer fields, and skate park.

I will collect photo envelopes Thursday at practice. I won't be at the game Saturday, but if I don't get your envelope Thursday, please give it to Tori (Luke's mom) on Saturday at the game.

***Please come with Gear and Jersey NO Skates - No Neck Guards - No Helmets required. There is not a lot of room for players to change safely so come fully geared. Remove any green tape from sticks as it disappears in the backdrop. Green jerseys are okay.***
The foyer will be a check in and staging area where we will collect your picture forms and prep kids, then they will go as a team for photos. Please arrive 15mis prior to your start time. There is a tight schedule, and we need to have the entire team present and ready to go by the start time, and not just arriving.
***there is a soccer tournament and other events happening this weekend at WSPR. Please give yourself extra time to arrive.
Forms have been distributed to all teams (if you don't have them please email your divisional manager). All players must have a form filled out even if they are not ordering from Freeze Frame - this is how we track the team and individual photos paid for by the association for each player. JDFMHA will purchase the memory mate individual and team photo for each player.
**There will be limited extra forms so please bring them to your manager a day or so in advance.**
