We have been invited to participate in a tournament in Chilliwack from November 28-30.

 

I have been able to reserve a hotel block at the Coast Chilliwack Hotel at a very reasonable rate ($139/night)

 

Please RSVP for your player if this is something you would be interested in participating in

 

FYI - Our intention is that this is the only time we leave the island for a tournament this season. 

 

The island tournaments are mostly during the winter holidays, with the exception of one in February.  Those tournaments have not offered spaces to anyone as far as we know at the moment, but we have applied for them all and will let you know as soon as we learn more. We are fairly confident that we will get into at least one on-island tournament as well as our home tournament during spring break, bringing us to reasonably expect to participate in three - possibly four - tournaments this season.  Please check in with Laura if you have any concerns or questions about our hopes and plans for tournament participation this year.  We will try to keep everyone involved as new information comes up.
